Shen Ult CD UI Bug

I just played an aram game as Shen, when I went to ult Thresh flayed me. My ult was interrupted, the UI showed the ult was off CD but I couldnt cast. I must have tripped some internal CD that wasn't displayed correctly on the UI, and after like 200 sec (shen ult super long cd) I was able to ult again
