Trying to load LoL and it [CRASHS]

Decided to upgrade to the beta client after hitting Launch game crashes and I get a pop-up "LoL has encountered a problem. Please re-install League alpha client to try again."

After un-installing LoL entirely hoping that a fresh wipe would just fix it all, got the same error. I tried to delete the lol_patcher and lol_launcher folder from a post I found from a few years ago, and it did not fix it. Please...Help...
