Overlay/HUD Disappearing Bug

I do not have a video or screenshot of this, but this has happened about 3 times to me. It's only happened on Jhin, not sure if it's a coincidence or not. Basically, it starts with the item bar being transparent, there's no numbers marked for each item, then your health bar is completely empty, as if you were dead. It shows the correct number of HP, and the HP bar above your head is fine, but it additionally goes completely red as if you died every time you take damage. Further, when you press tab, the Baron, Dragon and buff timers are transparent, they are just floating numbers, and you can not ping them. Not necessarily game breaking, but still very annoying.
