Neeko passive no longer works on turrets (AGAIN!)

Last patch, Neeko was working perfectly well, but one day the 9.3 patch attacked, and Neekos passive no longer works on turret's again.

plz fix.

For real toh Her W passive. not her passive passive.

I thought they nerfed that part and denied W passive from working on towers ?
