pre season bug with losing blue essence for no reason

so pre season just hit and i got my blue essence for completing a game. I got 7500 blue essence but i coudnt buy som stuff and i wonder why so i tried to log in again and BOOM my 7500 essence was gone what is that i dont know why bu can someone tell me if it happend to you

This could be a visual error. Re-logging will solve it in this case.
Check your recent purchases to ensure you didn't purchase anything accidentally.

i have but everytime i log out my blu essence get reset to a 1066 but when i disenchant a champ shard it comes back but i cant buy anything expect upgrading mastery level its super weird
