In many ways, ARAM can be harder, simply because of how random the champs received can be. I burned out in SR because of how long it took just to really have any action in game. I've been on ARAM for a long time and there should be some form to get the mastery tokens for those of us that aren't living on SR all the time.

Why can you not earn a mastery level token for ARAM? Any good reason in particular? Or just SR is the only map that is cared about?
You can only earn mastery tokens on SR normal and ranked games. You cannot earn them on ARAM.
I only play aram, it's more fun imo. It can be very competitive. Ive had hundreds of intense matches, some lasting over an hour. That being said, I get to VS people in aram that have lvl 6 mastery frequently. So why cant I earn a token for playing aram? Wouldn't that make things even for when my team versus people that are lvl 6? Also I've achieved mastery lvl 5 on several champs in aram mode only. Then it stops at 5.. Why let me gain levels at all on aram?

From patch notes of 6.12 "NO 6 GODS Matchmade games on Howling Abyss, Twisted Treeline or any rotating game mode will not award Champ Mastery level 6 or 7 tokens"

The exact same thing happened to me; I don't know whether it's an update in the new patch or something. Would appreciate some info on this
I would actually say that it was better if there was the oppertunity to get tokens in Twisted Treeline .It's not that hard I know but i like the mode anyways.[vlad-salute]

Normals, and ranked, are the only place that tokens can be earned
why would anyone play aram if there isn't anything to gain from it...kind of a waste of time...in summoners rift most of the games get ff'd before u even have a chance to get an s cuz people get so tired of losing....most every day ill get to 6 to 10 wins and ff everytime and I cant get an s with 10 wins with most characters I play with
I had the same problem with a game won with ashe last week. Opened a ticket and got a reply that they will respond to my ticket. And now I just got an S on Morgana. And no mastery 7 token :( sooo sad
I do not think it is a 100% chance, is it? I have gotten multiple S / S- on SR and aram and not gotten any.
