Lock In Button Greyed Out

I selected a champion 10 seconds before the timer was set to run out and the Lock In button was greyed out, even though my portrait was showing the champion I selected. I now have to wait 5 minutes before I can queue again because of this, so I'm writing a post about it so you can fix it. This also happened to my friend yesterday, so I'm not the only one with the issue.

Happens to me sometimes when I accept a match. It says accepted and is grayed out but then it tells me I didn't hit it
