approximate vs actual time in queue is no where near correct

I've never seen the approximate time anywhere near correct. Been trying for the past few weeks. Always says 1 - 2 minutes but actual is 10+ minutes. Tried all different game types and am always waiting for 5-10 minutes.

Am I alone??
