Client Bug? (I guess)

I queued up for ARAM, got through champ select but when I reached the loading screen other players appeared as still loading. I sat there assuming people were still loading/loading slowly only the game had apparently started and ended without me. After 17 minutes of waiting I was brought to the score screen having never been disconnected from the game but also having not participated in the game because (I)/others never loaded in on the pre-game load screen.
