I always have a bug

I have a bug that in game who crash my game , I mean it appears to me on the screen "Attemping to Recconect" and I leave the game and I try to recconect but then it appears to me only a black screen and I quit again . After that I cant recconect to the game anymore and Im in the lobby.Can you explain to me why this is happening?
