bug

I just played a game, and have 3 issues to report.

1. My FPS was randomly capped at 30 and never increased which made the game very laggy.
2. There were long distance random hooks appearing on my screen for about 20secs every minute between thresh and random targets. (see pics)
3. My client crashed when I tried to reconnect.

I have a fairly decent laptop and generally never have any problems, so I don't it's on my computer's side. Is there any chance of getting my LP back?
