Keybinds randomly stop working

About two days ago I installed League on a new PC. Everything seemed to work alright at first, but I quickly noticed that from time to time, my keybinds suddenly stop working. As far as I know this occurs entirely randomly. At first I thought it might have been a problem with my keyboard but ESC still brings up the menu and tab still brings up the scoreboard.

I have been looking around on the forums to find a solution to this and have tried reinstalling and hard resetting the config files. Sadly enough this has not worked.

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this before I drown myself in a bath of my own tilt salt? It has been seriously fucking with my enjoyment of the game.
