My Client Keeps Doing This And I Can't Play Please Help

So today my client was perfectly fine. I went out for icecream with my gf and when I came back it kept doing this and when u click restart it just says ok then relaunches and does the same thing Please help

NA server is currently under maintenance. Maybe that's part of the reason?
