[SR] [Ingame] Long Games Causing FPS to plummet, Then Crash.

Affects ALL players in the current match Performance will steadily decline until it just crashes altogether. Just had it happen. All players in the game crashed at once. Bugsplat was sent. I suggest turning off ranked until this is addressed.

Reproduction steps:

Play a game longer than 30 minutes. Things need to be happening from 10 players. If a real game isn't played, you may not get desired results.
