lol luncher error/won't start

Okey so I woke up and got on my computer and started league it won't let me open the luncher so I restarded my computer, after the restart it still didn't work so I started to searched it up on youtube. I watched a few videos and I saw that they removed lol_luncher and lol_patcher before I did that I looked in the comments and almost everyone said that it works so I deleted thoes 2 and it didn't work so I recovered thoes 2 back and I started to search more and I didn't find anyhing special so I deleted league and reinstalled it and it still didn't work. So I went in my league folder Riotgames/League of Legends/League of Legends/RADS/projects and I saw that lol_air_claient, lol_air_client_config_eune, lol_air_client_config_euw, lol_luncher and lol_patcher was gone so I was confused over what have happened, so I reinstalled league again and I opened Riotgames/League of Legends/League of Legends/RADS/projects and it looked tha same there was onlye league_client and league_client_en_gb left. So I searched more on youtube and I saw that some started league via lol.luncher and lol.luncher.admin so I started to look in my folders and I didn't find any of thoes 2.

Is there anyone who knows how to fix this? If you do pls let me know.
