[GAMEPLAY] Vi: Q bug

Hello guys, I was playing a game as (she is my main jungler) and something happened to me today I was playing vs (I Blitzcrank skin) and he grabbed me when I was Chargin my Q (Vault Breaker) It went on the usual 3 sec Cooldown of interuption but when the Cooldown finished I wasnt able to use my Q for like 5 other minute until i got killed and respawned. That was a very horrible experience

I also heard feedback from player in other game that it was sometime happening when her Q was interupted by ie: Dark Binding or Condemn So if you guys at Riot can get an eye on that that would be really awsome.
