Connection Problem

For some reason before some games, the loading screen shows everyone at 100%, but the game doesn't actually start for me. And if I alt+tab out of the loading screen I can't alt+tab back in (it doesn't even show up as one of the screens) The only way I can fix this is by going to task manager ending the loading screen task and then reconnecting through the client
