Game Freezing Any TIme I Am In a Lobby with 1 or more people

I am able to play solo queue fine. The client works perfectly. However, any time that I create a lobby or join a lobby and try to play with a friend, my client freezes and I am either forced to restart my game or my computer.

Windows is up-to-date. My GPU is up-to-date and far exceeds any minimum specs needed for league.
