Promo's

Can someone please help me out with my situation. I am in bronze 1 & have won 6 games in a row. I just won my first 3/5 promo game. When the menu popped up i noticed that it gave me an X for my first slot in promos. The problem being I haven't lost. I have won 6 games in a row and I even have the hot streak symbol for winning 3 or more games in a row. I thought maybe It was just a bug so I logged off and then back on. It is still there. What should I do?
