45% CDR with Bard

Hello :) Just had a game few hours ago, was playing as Bard, and then i saw, that i have not 40% cooldown reduction but 45%, maybe its a visual bug maybe not :) so thats all, sorry for bad english ;)

There is a mastery near the top of the Cunning Tree which increases your CDR cap by 5%.
