[GAMEPLAY] Couldn't log in the game.

I just couldn't connect to the game, my friend lost the promos, I lost LP and internet was ok cause we were talking on Skype and I was in internet cafe. I was restarting the client many times, was in loading screen, always in 0%, some times didn't even make it on loading screen and I saw that many ppl had the same problem.
