Lost Promotion Series after one loss?

Summoner Name: Its My World So i am plat 4, into plat 3 promos. I had just won a game as TF and gotten into my promos. I played tf again and got in a game with some players that weren't so friendly but i brushed it off and was ready to win my next 2 games. Then out of nowhere "you have been unsuccessful in completing your series" Anyone help?

If you were already in plat 3 or in your series to play 3, then what the system does is-

NVM the only 1 loss part just clicked. IDK.
