Too long to wait in Dynamic Q

Hello,

I think that the time you have to wait to play dynamic Q is too long. Of course there are more popular and less popular positions, but I think the estimated time is always wrong, really wrong. I mean if I get an estimated time, I would like to get a time that is precise. 10 minutes to wait aren't rare.

So Riot I would appreciate a kind of fixing.
