Can't Q or Ult as Sion after Soraka Silence.

Towards the end of this game, I could use my W and my E, but I was unable to Q or Ult. I was playing sion, and was pretty much the only cc on the team. This happened after getting silenced by soraka, she may have cast her starcall simultaneously on me. not sure, all I know is I was unable to do pretty much anything useful after the silence "ended". Not sure what caused it. I could use my Q after my passive popped, not like it helped anything though.
