Rune pages all deleted

(Gameplay/Client) Upon loading my client today I got to join a game and find (to my surprise) that all my rune pages have mysteriously disappeared. I restarted my client, no change. I restarted my entire computer, still nothing. Why do I have to remake everything riot? Unfortunately I don't know the circumstances that caused this and I doubt they are reproducible. I would attach a picture if I could but needless to say my rune pages are 0/25. All I have is presets. I saw another issue from approximately 2 months ago with 0 responses.
