Evelynn Passiv Bug
On red side Evelynn passiv doesnt go into stealth on lvl 1 after 1 camp everythings normal.

Aha, you noticed too! Except, I found that she is stealthed to the enemies because my team invaded and they didn't spot me while I was in their view. So I think it's an issue with just Evelynn's stealth indication for the allied team, pre camp 1.
It's a Visual bug* (Which means others see you stealth) If you want a Quick Bandaid Fix, Recall for 1 sec and cancel it. This should put you back in your shadowy place.
