Syndra movement and recall bug

With champion score of 73350, I have main for quite a while but after patch 6.9, her Recall animation is kinda weird. The first second you press B, she does a weird move then changes to her original recall animation. Also i feel like its a bit laggy when you try to move her left and right, it just doesn't feel right !
