client takes me out of champ select, then gives me time suspension..

I was in a ranked game champ select. Once it became my turn to ban, the client backsteps to the que search again. I tried to log out at that point and it wouldn't let me. I restart the client in an effort to fix the problem. When I get back I get the que dodge penalty. Kind of unfair since I didn't intentionally dodge the que. just something to look into.
