Camera lock in bug?

Bug: The game activates locked camera mode and you can't change it out. Your hotkey, usually spacebar, no longer works, and pressing the eye ball above the minimap doesn't do anything. They eyeball has the "on" look to it. Where the square has a lighter tint to it. However, pressing it does not (when i started play it's rare but happens) change the eyeball, locked camera always stays on, and the eyeball always has the "on" tint to it. I've been experiencing this glitch since season 2 . But it's never been a problem, because the solution used to be very simple. Unbind spacebar, and rebind it. And boom no more glitch. Now with the new menu screen, that solution no longer works. Now I have to d/c and reconnect for the glitch to go away. And obviously that's a bigger problem than the old solution.

How the bug usually happens to me: If I'm ever looking at another lane, and then I press spacebar to go back to my lane. The camera will go back to me for a fraction of a second, then back up to the original lane I was looking at, and then back to my hero. All within a fraction of a second. And now that its back to my hero, its stuck in the locked camera glitch and I have to reconnect to fix it. This has been a bug for years and now with the new menu screen it's a gamebreaking and very annoying problem.

EDIT: I play where you have to HOLD spacebar to stay in locked camera. So in other words, I DONT play with a toggle. This might be important. And it also adds on with my scenario of how the bug usually happens. While the screen flashes from my hero, to where I was just looking at, and then back to my hero. THis all occurs while I have spacebar HELD DOWN. That might be important to note
