Extremely Weird Bug With Bots/Buying items in enemy fountain?

I was playing a bot game with yasuo, the only item i had purchased besides my starting items, was a stattik shiv, at the end of the match, i was executed by the fountain turret while attempting to kill a yasuo, i saw a -1300 gold pop up briefly before the game ended. Post game i looked at my items and it showed that i had purchased 2 BF swords when i never actually did. Very strange and i dont know what caused it, but could be interesting to look in to!
