Quinn Vault

Over the duration of an entire match, I only witnessed three animations of Quinn's vault out of quite a larger number of uses. Quinn was the opposing team's ADC. Multiple times on both myself(Thresh) and another champion(Teemo) on my team witnessed that the slow from vault would apply and Quinn's character model did not move and damage would start pouring out. Quinn's teammates were saying that they could see the animation. We were getting beat so bad that our own teammates thought we were whining because Quinn was wrecking us so badly, so when we would say that Quinn is broken they did not actually spend any time to see if they were having the same issue(s). But I am convinced that at the very least when Corsair Quinn vaults at classic Thresh and Super Teemo, there is an issue with animation of the attack.
