Smart cast with range indicators is bugged since 5.10

I use smart+self cast with range indicators. Ever since last patch (5.10) if I spam skillshot it casts on first press, and second press leaves range indicator even though spell was casted on first press. Then I have to right/left click to make indicator leave.
