PBE Sign-up Bug

Hi all,

When I check the PBE status page it does say they know about the sign-up bug and they provide an alternate link, which leads me to an account creation page, but the account creation page then dead ends to a server not found page.

I love LOL, I thank the creators for giving me a chance to try the PBE. I just want to make sure none of the sign-up links expire as mine was sent almost a week and a half ago, and I am still very interested in playtesting!
