Bann button stays unavaileble

Just a minute ago i was (trying) to play a ranked game. Before it was my turn to ban 4 others were ahead and banned a champion. In my case however i was not able to ban a champion because i clicked on a champion but the button didnt change color and when i clicked on it nothing happened, eventho i ussualy only have to click once . I tried the to reclick the champion multiple times but the problem didnt go away...
