Champ Select Chat Bug

Description: When I go to play a match, I can pick a champion, change runes, and do all the normal things. The only thing that i can't do is chat with my team because the chat box says "connecting..." endlessly. My internet works fine and I have no lag so I'm not sure what is up with that. It also happens during the endgame screen with the stats and such. I cannot type anything. The chat works between my friends outside of the games and it works fine in the game itself. Title: [V7.24] - Champ Select Chat Bug Server: NA Type of Bug: Client Bug Details: I don't know how to recreate the bug because this has been happening to me for the last year and a half and I can't fix it. I load my client and the chat works fine on my first game, but every game afterwards I have no ability to use it. This bug goes away for one game if I restart my computer, but not if I only restart the game.
