In low priority queue and lost lp cuz of the game crashing.

I was just duoing with a friend then suddenly we both couldnt connect and after 3 minutes it said that i apparently afked and will report a low priority queue for 5 matchmade games for 20 minutes and i even lost 24 lp!!!!!! pls riot fix this.
