[GAMEPLAY] Normal cast bug

I didn't notice that at first but when i change some of the champ abilities to normal cast when i use the ability the ability don't work i have to click twice with my mouse's left button which is not normal, every time i used an ability in normal cast or placed a ward or farming using the attack range it's not working. ( PS: my left button in my mouse is working perfectly)
