{GAMEPLAY} Blackfrost Anivia's Q turns invisible.

With the Blackfrost Anivia skin, Anivia's Q, Flash Frost, will sometimes turn invisible and this bug has been in the game for awhile. If you play Anivia and know how to use her Q you can use this to your advantage and this also makes it harder to dodge this skill shot. There is really no way to replicate this bug other than to use her Q whilst in game. It is purely a random chance bug.
