[CLIENT] Loop Occurring When Launching Client

These 2 notifications chain together upon launching the client. I launched as administrator, disabled my firewall, and did a full repair yet nothing helped fix this issue.

[POSSIBLE FIX] I switched servers over to NA, and and it applied the patch for that server. It then let me log into the client with no error. Upon switching back over to EU, it allowed me to log into the client with no message about restoring the client to a previous version; thus ending the loop.

[OTHER POSSIBLE FIX] According to people in other threads, by setting your clock back(A safe bet would be setting it back to the 10th) the bug will stop occurring
