Internet has been to sloppy to reliably play PvP recently, so i went into a Coop match, was shocked to see this dead item... I'm assuming this isn't supposed to happen?

Can confirm, he does indeed buy Atma's Impaler. The weird thing is that it doesn't do anything. He had a Randuin's, Sunfire, and TForce, yet when hovering over Impaler to read the tooltip, it said that it gave 0 extra AD. I didn't see if his AD added up correctly and maybe the tooltip bugged out, simply because I had accomplished my job and forfeited. :/
