Afk buster problems....

So going afk and leaving a game is really bad... recently actually just now my comp died during a game. I as soon as I could got back on, and for some reason i am on the buster... I don't know why I NEVER leave games it is inappropriate and screws my teammates... so why am I on this buster? I mean i just don't understand I accidentally get booted from one game for less then five minutes and still finish the game... Can someone please explain or at least post a link to report the problem \
