Opening Loot Boxes Bug.

Basically, I have a bug in which when I open a loot box it just keeps loading. It won't show the animation with the box being opened with the key and I have to go into the home tab or play so that my new loot can appear in my loot inventory. I'm not sure if it's just me or something that other people have too. Thanks for your time in advance.
