Lag, but not lag; Bug that's been reoccurring lately.

Hi Rito.

Lately I've been playing a few games of League, normal's because I don't want to risk going into ranked, but every so often into the game, it makes me freeze. I lag, and can't use any of my abilities or anything, but my ping and FPS do not move. They're at a constant 46 ms and around 300 FPS, yet I still happen to see this problem.

I want to play ranked, but I'm afraid this may reoccur and I could potentially be screwed in a fight.

A few of my other friends have had this problem, but I just wanted to post something to let you guys know.

last few days me and just about every game i have been in both teams have been complaining about lag.

I'm having the same problem it happens every normal game and only sometimes on Aram for me. More and more people keep posting about this as well I've noticed.
