Right clicking in game not working

So a lot of times in game, usually when the game starts, my champion stands still even though i keep right clicking. It happens so randomly and its so annoying. The green animation when you right click is visible on the screen when this happens, its just my champion that is not moving. Wtf is happening, this shit has cost me games and I dont know what to do. Is it my mouse or a bug?
