Only going on Brazillian servers on PBE.

Whenever I play PBE (Usually URF) i always get 80 ping and get connected to the Brazilian servers. I live in America and I've never had my region on Brazil, so I don't know what the issue is. It's really hard to talk to teammates since they're speaking another language. Any fixes?
