New Client UI. I had two rerolls, used one, someone dodged. New game loads and I only had one reroll. So, I used it, someone dodged, and the new game started giving me no rerolls at all.
I have all champions (if that helps find the solution).
This happened to me today as well.
same here. i queued up for solo aram then when people dodge i lose the roll if i happened to use one.
Has been happening since I downloaded the new client :( I've probably lost some 15 points so far. I never get any of mine back 
Same for me, I also have all champs if this is relevant.
Same, the only big recent change I can think of is the new client. This has happened to me both before and after the most recent update, the Camille release.
