[CLIENT] Soraka's tutorial videos show her old animations

Basically the title. Was looking at Soraka after playing her yesterday, and the videos that explain her abilities show her old abilities, i.e. she heals herself, silences one person, etc. The descriptions beside the videos have been updated to her new abilities, which is confusing for anyone new to the game.

How to recreate: Go to the champion page, click on Soraka. Watch videos about her abilities, and weep openly at the foolishness of it all.
