CLIENT , didnt recieve mastery token

i just finished my akali game going 28-2 placing all the ward doing all objectives in a normal gam on akali hoping to finally get my mastery token so i can go to mastery 6 , but then all of a suddn post game match history didnt load and my league jumped right back into the main menu, im 98 precent sure that i atleast had a s- but nothing was found in my hex chesst i personly think its a bug but i dont know
