Xayah Sweetheart Skin Q Bug

A couple nights ago, I was playing as the Sweetheart Xayah Skin and noticed that the effects for Xayah's Q don't appear. The feathers still land in the ground but the streak that follows the feathers don't appear. I haven't noticed any other glitches or bugs with her abilities.

To repeat this issue all you have to do is hit Q. I'm unsure of any other factors that contribute to this happening. I currently don't have screenshots. Please let me know if there is anything else you might need. The bug doesn't really bother me, but I thought you would like to know in case it is not functioning as intended.
