crash when i was about to pick champion

it just crash and close the game then i got a penalty riot please what is this?

It's probably the same as when you crash during game, but in champ select

Describe the problem correctly. Does it happen right after champ select or during one? If any error pops up, what does it say? Try downloading WTFast as it may help with a lot of problems.

Happened twice to me and my bf. We can't play. It is during ban and/or champion selection. Everything freezes except the song and then a sorry window pops up but we are still stuck in there. I have -3 points now and we can't play for 25 mins now. We were gonna try for Dominion but we got those 25 mins up.

I tried a game in Dominion also and there is still this bug. and now before getting into champion selection.
